Return/Refund Policy - Alkemy
If you are returning an Alkemy product, please note that some small irregularities in pattern, weaving, colour, block, design etc. signify that these are handcrafted products and therefore are truly unique in nature Since these are not machine-made.
Returns are allowed in case where you receive a defected or damaged product. All our products undergo strict quality check, so the chances of receiving a defected product is highly unlikely.
In the rare case that you do receive a defected/damaged product, kindly email a photo of your product within a week of receiving the order. Email should be sent to email@example.com, with the title as "Return/Refund request". Please understand, we will not be able to accept returns if the issue is escalated to us after one week.
We will initiate a refund or an exchange for the damaged product once it has been shipped back to us. Refunds will be processed through the same online mode in 10-12 working days.
No exchanges or refunds are allowed in case of minor colour or design variations. Such variations are a part of the handcrafting process and beyond the control of our craftsmen.
In case of return due to size issues, before making a purchase please do go through our size chart. If you still want to exchange for a different size, please send us the product with all the tags intact within a week of receiving the order. Once we receive the product, we can exchange to different size depending on the availability of the stock. You should be receiving the exchange product within 5-7 days.
Cancellations are only accepted if the request is made within 24 hours of order placed.
